Puppy Love

Don't worry, we are not going through the insanity of getting another puppy. I still miss little Clarabelle and I'm not sure my heart would handle another puppy giveaway when we realized once again that we are just not puppy people.

This is a much different kind of puppy love . . . .

Andrew has two teeth and working on more each day. After trying to figure our what is safe for him to spend his time chewing on and what is not, I decided to take action. When we did have our little pup she loved rope toys, not only the tugging with you but especially the chewing. Well what better for Drew than a baby chew toy. I took some left over cotton that I had from knitting dishcloths and spent the next hour doing and redoing, braiding and re-braiding, trying to get very large knots out that were rather misplaced until I had the perfect toy. And as you can see he loves it, and I don't have to worry about what in his mouth.

I may just offer a few up in my Etsy shop, we will see!

Great idea. Hope he does not shred it :)
