Renewed Hope

I'm taking a new look at The Gracie Jane Project over the next little while. I was re-contacted by the NICU that I had had previous contact with and I have a date of August 31st for a visit and our first donation. The more I thought about it though the more that I feel the need to re-work the project a little.

Working in non-profit pofessionally I know that the best successes are those that are run very much as you would a business. So where to go? Here is my list . . .

1. New logo

2. Mission statement

3. One uniform pattern

4. Realistic and specific wish list for donors

5. Pledge to donors

6. Letter/E-mail donation request

7. Get quilting with what I have here

Wish me luck. I few of these I have already I just need to get them written down. It is my hope that with a plan I can use my next 8 months off with baby Drew to really get this project off the ground.

Good luck! I love the new logo and it seems like you've already got some great ideas!

Also...we are having our first EVER linky party tomorrow! We'd love if you stopped by and linked up a recent fabric finish! Thanks :)
