Well if I were Leo from the Little Einsteins I would say "I cannot believe it!". I know you're wondering if I've lost it, no my parents have Playhouse Disney channel, which we don't at home so of course while we were there William got his fill of Leo and the gang, as well as Handy Manny, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

So while this work week will mean that I will do no sewing, (we have a gala Saturday, golf tournament next Tuesday and annual general meeting next Thursday), I thought I'd better show off a few things before the craziness hits.

I have been using a coffee cup cozy that I bought on etsy for ages, but it's getting pretty warn, so I thought I would take a stab at my own. Not bad for a first try, I need to make it longer, because what you can't see is the elastic stretching to reach the button on the back. I don't do enough for the enviornment so this is my little way to save something, those little cardboard covers.

We are also having a baby shower at work today, so another cake was made, there's a run on babies and therefore cakes. I haven't done any in so long that it's nice to get back into the swing of it.

It may be a week or more before I'm back from event hell. Wish me luck!
